Happy New Year (Well, new Teaching Year) !

I look forward to a wonderful year of music with the children.

THE MUSICAL RAINBOW: The Fall classes have started this week. It looks to be a vibrant year; lots of wonderful students and great classes. There are still some spaces available in Red, Yellow and Green. To register please call Place des Arts at 604-664-1636.

NEW TEACHERS: Mr. I has been training new teachers to teach the Musical Rainbow program. We now have teachers at 16 different pre-schools, daycares and Montessori schools. If you would like to have a music program at your school please contact Mr. I at 604-309-1476.

FACTS & FUN: Gary Q and I have nearly finished a CD that lists ALL THE COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD. Gary did manage to even get them all in a four minute song. Watch for the release. We have also updated all of the CDs now. Gary just finished the AFRICA CD, and the ANCIENT EGYPT CD is done. zowee! there are great. Much better quality than before. Finally, we can move on to create new CDs. If you have song suggestions please pass them along. These CDs are now available as downloads on SongsFourTeaching.com and on CDbaby.com. Or, you can still order them from the Mr.I website. To order these CDs please visit the ORDER CD page on the website, or email Mr. I at mrimusic@hotmail.com.

MR. I & the RAINBOW SINGERS: If you would like Mr. I and the Rainbow Singers to perform at your community event please let me know. We have the CANADA SHOW and the BUILDING A BETTER WORLD show available. We had wonderful shows over the Spring time. We also have a great HALLOWEEN SHOW and CHRISTMAS SHOW. We will do our annual 'SLIGHTLY SPOOKY SONGS & STORIES' at Place des Arts on the last Sunday of October. If you would like to have us entertain at your company Christmas party it is best to book early. Zoom Zoom.

MATH SHOW: Susan and I are doing the Math show as well. We had a great day performing the show with the puppets at Science World in October. Please consider having the CRAZY FOR MATH show perform at your school. It's a wonderful show. PAST STUDENTS: Will try to keep in touch with the singers and past students. It is so great to hear about what they do as they get older. Went to a social function last week. A man came up to me and said, "You probably don't remember me or my son. But, he went through your program back in the mid-eighties. You did something right, he was motivated to keep studying music and is now a sound engineer at Brian Adams' studio in Vancouver." I love hearing these stories. I should somehow keep track and keep a record. If you have more, please send them to me.

PEACE: It is apparent that the world needs more peace songs. Please keep peace in your heart during these tense times. The new Mr. I CD in planning stages requires more peace songs. If you have ideas you would like to contribute please let me know.
